Statements

The Asset Management Association Switzerland takes an active role in representing the interests of the Swiss fund industry. It approaches authorities and official bodies in Switzerland and abroad with initiatives and proposals with the aim of ensuring the best possible environment for a flourishing fund business and preventing discrimination.
The Asset Management Association Switzerland is also regularly asked to give its views on draft versions of laws and other matters. As is the case with its own initiatives, the Asset Management Association Switzerland uses such opportunities to play an active role in shaping the regulatory and fiscal environment in which the Swiss fund industry operates.
