Our Webinar Series on EU Sustainable Finance Regulation intends to shed lights on the fast-moving regulatory landscape of the EU. Our first webinar focused on MIFID II, as the directive started to get implemented on August 2, 2022. The next looming deadline pertaining to the EU Sustainable Finance Regulation include SFDR Level II for which financial institutions will need to report based on the mandatory templates of the Regulatory Technical Standards on January 1, 2023. The second webinar of our series will be focusing on the Regulatory Technical Standards including a deep-dive on Principle Adverse Impacts.

For this webinar, we will hear from Lana Ollier and Núria Fernández, ECOFACT legal experts, who will provide a detailed overview of the latest developments. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A and will also be the opportunity for members to exchange and share their experience on the implementation of RTS and PAIs in their respective institutions.
