Investment manager for private markets and audit company join AMAS
Basel, 4 February 2022 – Patrimonium Asset Management AG and SWA Swiss Auditors AG are the latest members of the Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS). The private market investment specialist and the audit firm represent an enriching addition to the association.
At its recent board meeting, the Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS) welcomed two new association members, Patrimonium Asset Management AG and SWA Swiss Auditors AG.
Patrimonium Asset Management AG, headquartered in Baar (ZG) with offices in Zurich and Lausanne, was founded in 2007. The company covers the entire spectrum of private market and real estate investments and has approximately CHF 3.8 billion assets under management.
SWA Swiss Auditors AG joined AMAS as a passive member. The Pfäffikon (SZ)-based auditing company for banks, securities firms and asset managers was also licensed in 2018 to audit companies in the area of collective assets and holds the corresponding licences from the Swiss Federal Audit Oversight Authority.
"We are pleased to be able to contribute to the further development of the industry and the location as an auditing company and partner of asset managers and to be actively involved in AMAS," says Managing Director Franco A. Straub about the admission.
"Patrimonium Asset Management and SWA Swiss Auditors are two excellent examples that represent the dynamism and diversity of the Swiss asset management industry. We are very pleased to count both representatives among our members," says AMAS Managing Director Adrian Schatzmann.
