The upcoming webinar of our series on Sustainable Finance Regulation will be focusing on the evolution of sustainability disclosure. From the first version of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) sustainability standards disclosed in 1997, sustainability reporting has matured to numerous standards and frameworks. In February 2023, the IFRS Foundation released the technical content of its sustainability disclosure standards expected to be finalized in June 2023 by the International Sustainability Standards Board. In the EU, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) will require companies to report in compliance with European sustainability reporting standards (ESRS) from 2024. In Switzerland, the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) apply.

In order to understand better the differences and similarities between those different frameworks, when, to whom and to what extent they apply, AMAS is organizing a webinar on this topic dedicated to practitioners. For this webinar, we will amongst others hear from Lana Ollier and Núria Fernández, ECOFACT legal experts. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A and will also give members the opportunity to exchange and share their experience.
